Production and Cultivation of Golden Ear Mushroom Bags
1. Raw materials: Greengrass or broad-leaved tree chips, large-shell short-staple cottonseed hulls, bran or rice bran, gypsum or calcium powder, polyethylene bacterial bags. 2. Formula: 43% sawdust, 40% cottonseed hulls, 15% bran, 1% sugar, 1% gypsum, moisture content 55%-58%. 3. Bagging: Use a mushroom bagging machine for filling. The wet weight of each bag is about 2.1 kg. An explosion-proof hole is punched in the bag body and sealed with a breathable sticker. 4. Sterilization: Sterilize at medium temperature 110℃ for 6 hours or at normal temperature 105℃ for 10 hours. 5. Liquid strain inoculation: After the bacteria bag has cooled down, the culture room is disinfected with ozone for 60 minutes. After 2 hours, the personnel entered the inoculation room, and the liquid bacteria in the fermentation tank were divided into infusion bottles in advance and put into the inoculation room. Use a 3-hole punch marker to press 3 inoculation holes on the surface of the bacteria bag, use a 10ml syringe to insert 2-3ml of bacteria into each hole, put on a coat and place it in the culture room for germination. 6. Bacteria cultivation: The temperature of the culture room is controlled at 22-25°C, and there should be enough space between the shelves to ensure uniform temperature. It takes about 15 days for the hyphae to be basically connected between the inoculation holes. At this time, it is necessary to remove the outer bag and puncture holes in time to increase oxygen. 7. Oxygenation: Use steel needles with a diameter of 6mm and a length of 50mm (can be made with a modified knife) to poke a hole on both sides of the inoculation hole to replenish the oxygen content in the bag. After oxygenation, the indoor temperature will rise suddenly, so attention should be paid to ventilation and cooling. 8. Ear emergence: After the mycelium grows full of the bag, yellow liquid will be secreted in the bag, proving physiological maturity. The hyphae of the inoculation hole will also become thick white and form the golden ear primordium.
