1、Growth temperature. Temperature is an important factor affecting the growth and development speed and vitality of jade fungus. The spore germination temperature ranges from 22 to 32 degrees Celsius, and mycelium can grow between 10 and 35 degrees Celsius. Below 8 degrees Celsius and above 38 degrees Celsius, the growth is inhibited or does not grow. It should be noted that jade fungus is relatively resistant to high temperatures, but not to low temperatures, and can easily cause death at low temperatures.
2、Moisture conditions. Water is very important for jade fungus, because water is its important component, which can promote the metabolism of jade fungus, help it absorb nutrients, and allow it to grow normally. Jade fungus needs water at all stages of growth and development. For example, fruiting body development requires a large amount of water, and spore germination requires water. Water is indispensable in daily management.
3、Lighting conditions. Lighting is equally important for jade fungus. There must be neither no light nor strong direct light. Light promotes the growth of jade fungus, but jade fungus does not like direct light. Direct light can easily affect the quality of jade fungus. Once jade fungus is exposed to direct light, the color will become unsightly and all aspects of the condition will be greatly compromised.
4、Air conditions. Jade fungus is an aerobic fungus, and its respiration is to absorb oxygen and expel carbon dioxide. When the carbon dioxide in the air exceeds 1%, it will hinder the growth of mycelium and the fruiting bodies will become deformed and become coral-like, often not opening; if the carbon dioxide exceeds 5%, the fruiting bodies will be poisoned and die. Therefore, throughout the growth and development process of the fungus, the cultivation site should maintain fresh air circulation. When making strains, the moisture content of the culture material should not be too much.
