Black fungus production management technology
1. Bacteria management
Autumn management of black fungus includes: germination, display, fruiting, harvesting and other links. Pay attention to the culture room being clean, dry, well ventilated, and protected from light. The room temperature should be kept around 24°C and ventilated about 2 times a day.
2. Cut the bacteria bags and press the ears
Use a punching machine to punch the mushroom bag into a "-" shape or a "herringbone" shape. Generally, about 180 holes are punched per bag. Depending on the weather conditions, if it can be guaranteed that it will not rain for 5-7 days, you can directly stimulate the ears in a grand manner. In rainy weather, the ears need to be stimulated indoors.
3. Arrange bags to show off
Spread lime to disinfect the harvested rice fields or other plots, and spread straw if possible. Arranged crosswise, the distance between bags is about 125px, usually 8,000 bags/acre.
4. Out-of-ear management
After the ear buds are formed and covered, spray water mist for 30 minutes/time to keep the ear buds moist. According to the temperature and air humidity, increase or decrease the number of water sprays appropriately. Generally, it is done twice a day for about 7 to 15 days until the black fungus gradually matures.
5. Harvest at the right time
The ears are about to flatten, the edges become thinner, and the roots of the ears shrink. Harvest when eight ripe, when the quality of the ears is the best. The picked black fungus is dried and stored in time.
Pay attention to stop watering 1-2 days before harvesting. Depending on the weather conditions, choose to harvest as soon as possible on continuous sunny days with sufficient sunshine. Pick the big ones and leave the small ones without leaving any roots.
6. Postharvest management
After harvesting, there will be a mycelium recovery period of about 10 days (it is best to have shelter from rain during this period and not be exposed to water), so that the mycelium can re-accumulate nutrients and regain its growth vitality. After the ear buds grow, spray water and continue harvesting.
7. Pest and disease control
Strengthen the management of seeding, germination and ear removal, and control the temperature, humidity and ventilation. Remove debris at any time, clean the site, and prevent the occurrence of pests and diseases.
