What to do if the production of shiitake mushroom sticks encounters high temperature weather
1. Reasonably arrange the rod making period
Each region selects the appropriate shiitake mushroom species and production time according to the local climate conditions and production facilities. The danger period of early autumn cultivation is in the inoculation stage; the danger period of spring planting oversummer is in summer; the danger period of high temperature mushrooms grown in spring and summer is in the fruiting stage. Therefore, in production, the production date of the strains and sticks should be arranged in reverse according to the local temperature suitable for fruiting and the age and temperature type of the species used for production.
2. Reasonable adjustment of production technology
In the autumn planting mode, those with temperature control facilities can be produced in season, and those without temperature control facilities should try to avoid high temperature and high humidity seasons. In case of continuous high temperature, the stick-making time can be delayed appropriately, and the stick-making time can be appropriately reduced in early autumn, and the addition of bran (12-15%) in the compost can be appropriately reduced (reducing the nitrogen content of the bacteria stick) and the water content. Reduce the diameter of sawdust particles to 3-8 mm, and add 1% lime; mix dry materials in the afternoon, add lime water to wet mix from 22:00 to 1:00 am, bag and sterilize from 4:00 am to 10:00 am. The culture material is sterilized from the time of adding water and stirring to the end of bagging, and it is advisable to complete it within 6 hours to avoid rancidity of the culture material. After the bacteria sticks are sterilized, carry the bacteria bags when the temperature of the bacteria sticks drops to about 60°C. During the transportation, the transportation distance should be shortened as much as possible, and the bags should be handled with care to effectively control the infection of bacteria. Disinfect and sterilize in strict accordance with the regulations. In order to reduce the pollution rate, you can choose to inoculate at night (the inoculation temperature should not exceed 28°C). Accelerate the speed of inoculation, increase the amount of strains used appropriately, add a cover after inoculation, and place them in the bacteria room (shed) in time. The bacteria room (shed) should be cool and ventilated, and should be strictly disinfected and exterminated.
Spring planting mode: Bags can be made in advance to ensure the color change before oversummer and increase the resistance of the fungus sticks. Water supply is guaranteed throughout the summer.
