Ganoderma lucidum is a constant temperature fruiting fungus, and the optimum temperature for growth is 26~28°C. After the Ganoderma lucidum is covered with soil, buds can usually appear in about 20 days. The growth of Ganoderma lucidum requires high humidity. During the process of fruiting body differentiation and growth, the relative air humidity should be kept at about 80-90%, and the soil humidity should be kept at 16-18% in the early stage.
In terms of water management, it is necessary to follow the principle of spraying more on sunny days, less spraying on cloudy days, and no spraying on rainy days. The growth of Ganoderma lucidum is very sensitive to light. If it is too shaded, the long stalk of the fruiting body of Ganoderma lucidum is small, and the ventilation is poor, forming "Lujiaozhi".
The principle of light control is that weak light in the early stage is conducive to the recovery of mycelium and the formation of fruiting bodies, and increasing the light intensity in the later stage is beneficial to the thickening of the ganoderma lucidum cap and the accumulation of dry matter.
Ganoderma lucidum is an aerobic fungus, which can form a normal kidney-shaped cap under good ventilation conditions. If the carbon dioxide concentration in the air increases to above 0.1%, only the stipe will grow and the cap will not be differentiated.
In order to reduce the harm of miscellaneous bacteria, it is necessary to strengthen ventilation management during high temperature and high humidity. When it is found that the fruiting body in the border has the possibility of being connected, the section wood should be rotated in time to prevent the fruiting body from connecting with each other. And it is necessary to control the number of Ganoderma lucidum on the section tree. Generally, 3 pieces of Ganoderma lucidum with a diameter of more than 15 cm are suitable, and 1 piece of Ganoderma lucidum with a diameter of less than 15 cm is suitable. Too many flowers will reduce the quality.
