、Prevent the cultivation environment from being unclean. It is strictly forbidden to pile up sundries in mushroom houses and mushroom farms, incomplete disinfection treatment, and casual throwing of contaminated materials.
、Prevent the later temperature from being too high. The growth temperature of Pleurotus ostreatus sporocarp is 5°C-20°C. After the hyphae mature, if cultured with a large temperature difference (the temperature difference between day and night is about 10°C), the formation of sporocarp can be accelerated. If the temperature is too high in the later stage, it will be difficult to form mushroom buds or a large number of formed mushroom buds will die.
、Prevent the relative humidity of the air from being too high. The fungus stage is kept at about 70%, and about 90% during the fruiting period. If it exceeds 0%, miscellaneous fungus and insect damage are prone to occur, and the caps are also prone to discoloration and rot.
、Prevent improper use of water. If too much water is sprayed after mushrooming, the mushroom body will fester and turn black. If the humidity of the base material is too low, it will cause the mushroom cap to shrink, dry and even the young mushrooms will die. A small amount of water is lightly sprayed to alleviate the lack of moisture in the base material.
、Keep out of direct sunlight. The growth of mycelium does not require sunlight, and the fruiting body stage only needs about the illuminance of normal reading. If there is direct sunlight, the surface of the mushroom body will dry out and turn yellow, and if it is too weak, it will form thin stalks and lack stropharia.
、Prevent poor ventilation. Once there is a lack of oxygen in the fruiting stage, fruiting bodies cannot be formed or deformed mushrooms can be formed. If the ventilation is not done properly, there will be a large number of dead mushrooms when exposed to dry and cold wind, and dry and hot wind, so the ventilation should be light and steady.
、Prevent untimely harvesting. Harvesting too early will not only reduce the quality and weight of the mushroom body, but also affect the growth of the next mushroom. Generally, it is more suitable to harvest when the cap is fully expanded and the spores have not yet been ejected.
