Site Construction Requirements for Oyster Mushroom Cultivation
One is venue selection
It should stay away from the "three wastes" of the industrial and mining industry and pollution sources such as microorganisms, dust, and livestock and poultry farms. Choose a place with high terrain, clean environment, good ventilation, close to water sources, and convenient for drainage and production operations.
The second is the incubation place
The environment is clean and hygienic, well ventilated, dark or dark, and the relative humidity of the ambient air is below 70%, with the function of temperature regulation and air exchange.
The third is the cultivation site
(1) Construction requirements: Mushroom sheds should be kept moist, with air circulation, no direct sunlight, and uniform light. The inside of the mushroom shed should be clean and hygienic before use, and disinfected with quicklime;
(2) Mushroom shed facilities: 4 insect-proof nets are installed at the vents, doors and windows of the mushroom shed, and a buffer room is built. Insect sticky boards and insect trap lights are hung in the mushroom shed, micro-spraying facilities are installed, and the roof is covered with shade nets. On the ground, make furrow backs with a width of 25 cm and a height of about 10 cm. The distance between the furrow backs is 70 to 80 cm, and the furrow backs are covered with woven bags or films.
