Old Mushroom Grow Room Disinfection and Sterilization Methods
1. First of all, clean the old mushroom house, remove all the original planting residues and culture materials in the old mushroom house, and if it is too troublesome, you can stack these things about 500 meters away from the mushroom house for further processing.
2. Rinse the shelves and tools of the old mushroom house with clean water, then move them to the sun for a while, and then clean the inner walls and ground of the old mushroom house and rinse them with water.
3. Ventilation of the mushroom house is one of the most important links. Open the doors and windows of the mushroom house to let the sunlight shine into the house. If possible, open the roof of the mushroom house to ventilate and dry for 20-60 days. After the mushroom house is dry, spray the bed frame, storefront, wall, and roof with insecticide to kill insects and carry out disinfection and sterilization.
4. Sprinkle quicklime in every corner of the mushroom house and around the mushroom house to kill insects and bacteria. You can use quicklime or block or powder quicklime for construction, never use slaked lime that has been hydrolyzed. Because quicklime has insecticidal and bactericidal effects, while slaked lime (the living things that undergo a chemical reaction after quicklime is added to water) has poor bactericidal and insecticidal effects. Moreover, quicklime is solid or blocky or powdery after weathering, and slaked lime is paste or white mud-like. The hydrolyzed slaked lime is not conducive to spreading, which increases the workload of disinfection and sterilization of mushroom houses.
