Six advantages of mushroom liquid culture production
One is fast seed production.
Under the conditions of optimal temperature, pH, oxygen, carbon-nitrogen ratio and other conditions in the liquid strain culture tank, the bacterial cells are cultured in a dynamic manner, the mycelium divides rapidly, and a large amount of mycelium can be obtained in a short period of time.
In the culture of solid strains, the mycelium grows at a constant speed from top to bottom at the speed of natural numbers; while in the culture of liquid strains, the mycelium grows at a multiple of geometric numbers. The production of liquid strains by the liquid strain incubator generally completes a culture cycle in 4 days, while the expansion of solid strains from the original species to the cultivated species takes more than a month for each level of expansion.
The second is strong vitality.
By controlling nutrition, temperature, oxygen, pH and other environments, the growth needs of the bacteria can be met to the greatest extent. The metabolic waste gas produced by the respiration of liquid strains can be eliminated in time, and the metabolism is strong. The age of all the bacteria is basically the same, so the mycelium has strong vitality .
However, the solid bacterial cell metabolites accumulate and mix, and are mixed in the middle of the nutrients in the medium, which naturally affects the quality of the bacteria. Moreover, solid strains often have inconsistent bacterial ages on the top and bottom of the bottle (bag). The bottom just grows well, and the top may age and lose vitality.
The third is high purity.
The mother culture used in liquid strains are generally prepared through screening and purification, and the provenance is of high purity. However, the purity of the slanted parent species used for solid strains has been reduced after some merchants have infinitely transferred them. The culture of liquid bacteria is run in a closed tank, and the air in the oxygen supply system is filtered, and its purity reaches 99.99%, so as to ensure the purity of the cultured liquid bacteria.
The fourth is anti-pollution.
The liquid strains have good fluidity, are easy to disperse after inoculation, have many germination points, and germinate quickly after the bacteria balls are inserted. Under suitable conditions, the mycelia will cover the inoculation surface about 24 hours after inoculation, so that the cultivation pollution can be effectively controlled. . When solid bacteria are inoculated, the bacteria are stripped, torn and fumigated with drugs. It usually takes 5-7 days from germination and feeding to sealing the inoculation surface, so there is a high chance of bacterial contamination.
The fifth is to shorten the cultivation cycle.
The liquid strain doubles the speed of cultivation, the mushrooms are concentrated, the cycle is short, and the costs of labor, energy consumption, and space for cultivation are greatly reduced.
The sixth is low cost.
For a 100L fermenter, the cost of each tank of bacteria is about 100 yuan. Generally, 4000~5000 bags can be inoculated, and the cost of each bag of bacteria is very low.
