Practical measures to ensure high quality and high yield of bamboo fungus
1. Appropriately increase the amount of material used for cultivation. The amount of material used for field cultivation is 5000-7500 kg per mu, and the amount of material used for forest cultivation is 1500-2000 kg per mu (calculated by forest area).
2. Increase the nitrogen content in the culture material. Add cow manure, chicken manure or urea to the culture material, and urea alone should not exceed 0.5%, otherwise it will produce a lot of ammonia and inhibit mycelium growth (i.e. "ammonia poisoning").
3. Choose a high quality mulch layer. To achieve high yield in bamboo fungus cultivation, the surface of the culture material needs to be covered with crushed soil, the soil layer is 3-5 cm thick, and the quality of the mulch soil has a great impact on the yield. It is best to use soil with high humus content or loose topsoil with a moisture content of about 25%.
4. strengthen the field cultivation management measures. "To obtain high yield, field management in the later stage is the key.
Temperature management: When the temperature is low at the time of sowing, you should cover the soil layer on the border with straw or thatch of 1~3 cm thickness, and cover the film after 4~6 days (it is not necessary to cover the film when the temperature exceeds 15°C), and shade the sun in time when high temperature is encountered.
Humidity management: The humidity of the culture material should be controlled during the fungal stage, which is the basis of high yield of Dictyostelium, but water should not be accumulated in the border ditch for a long time, and in the late stage of walking fungus, attention should be paid to maintain the humidity of the mulch to promote the growth of Dictyostelium. Soil humidity should be flattened by hand and not sticky. At the stage of mushroom production, we should pay attention to control the relative humidity of the air, generally no shower on rainy days, spray water on sunny days, and use the method of spraying water in small amount and many times when the weather temperature is high.
