How to deal with the phenomenon of shiitake mushrooms and morels appearing hard open and dead mushro
In the spring, the temperature rises rapidly and the temperature fluctuates greatly. What should I do if the mushrooms and morels appear hard to open and die? As the temperature rises, the production of edible fungi has gradually entered the peak management period in spring, and edible fungi such as shiitake mushrooms and Agaricus bisporus have gradually entered the peak production period. Therefore, it is urgent to strengthen the production management of edible mushrooms in spring. For mushrooms and morels that have hard-opened umbrellas and dead mushrooms, a sunshade net should be added to the shed film as soon as possible. Or replace it with a green and white film that has suitable lighting and can also reduce the temperature in the shed to maintain a stable temperature in the shed. In the cultivation and management of edible fungi, the focus should be on strengthening shading and ventilation, reducing the temperature, light and humidity of the mushroom shed, and timely carrying out fruiting management such as water replenishment and temperature adjustment.
For edible mushrooms such as Xiuzhen mushrooms, shiitake mushrooms, and tea tree mushrooms that are used for bag making in spring, it is mainly to manage the sanitation, temperature, humidity and other conditions of the environment where the bacteria bags and the bacteria rods grow. In addition to cleaning the production site and disinfecting and killing insects, special attention should be paid to controlling the temperature conditions of the bacteria-producing environment. There are many cloudy and rainy days in spring. In case of long-term rainy and low temperature weather, it will cause difficult germination and low survival rate of bacteria.
The suitable growth temperature of the mycelium of edible fungi is generally 20℃~25℃. Within this temperature range, the mycelium germinates and colonizes quickly, which can effectively improve the survival rate and yield of the fungus packs and fungus sticks. After the mushroom sticks produced in the low temperature season in spring are inoculated, measures such as heating and film covering must be taken to increase the temperature of the culture environment, and try to maintain the normal mycelial growth temperature for about 10 days; During the film-covered insulation cultivation period, regular observations should be made. If the humidity is too high and there are many water droplets in the film, it is necessary to ventilate and dehumidify when the temperature is high to prevent the occurrence and outbreak of miscellaneous bacteria caused by the stuffy and humid environment. After the mycelium "touches the circle", it should be piled up in time, and at the same time, the puncture holes should be punctured to increase oxygen, reduce the stacking density, increase the ventilation frequency, and prevent the occurrence of hypoxia and high temperature burning of the mycelium.
When the temperature rises above 10℃ in spring, although the temperature is suitable for fruiting, the stems lose water seriously after a number of flush mushrooms, and the fruiting is often affected by the shortage of water. The harvested bacteria sticks need to be cultivated in dark light. The temperature can be controlled at 22°C to 24°C, the relative air humidity is controlled at 75% to 85%, the water content of the bacteria sticks is about 50%, and proper ventilation is required every day. After 7 to 10 days, when white mycelium grows in the hole of the fungus stick, and there is light brown secretion, the fungus cultivation ends, and it enters the stage of replenishing water and budding, and starts a new mushroom tide management.
