The key points of the management of bud-promoting of Agaricus bisporus in greenhouse
1. Bed cultivation method: When the mycelium is full of the material layer or grows to 2/3 of the middle layer, cover the bed with fertile soil with a thickness of 3-5 cm, and disinfect the soil before use. The greenhouse project shall be ventilated for 1 day after being covered with soil, and then sprayed with water. The method of spraying water should be taken in a small amount and several times, that is, spray water 7 to 8 times a day, and keep its water content at 18% to 20% in 3 to 4 days.
2. The method of budding by covering soil for bag planting: when the mycelium is full of the bag, take off the bag film, and discharge the fungus tube on the bed border of the fruiting field. The fungus tube is 2 to 3 cm apart. After the bed border is full, cover it with 3 to 5 cm thick loam.
