King Oyster Mushroom Plant Project
This project , funded by a local real estate company, was initially planned to produce king oyster and shiitake mushrooms at a daily scale of 14,000 bags. After conducting market research, the production scale was adjusted to 10,000 bags per day, focusing solely on king oyster mushrooms. The project utilizes the Chinese ring-and-lid bag cultivation model and liquid strain technology.
To meet the European market's requirements for mushroom appearance, the traditional Chinese net pattern production method was replaced with a shelf-type cultivation system.
Satrise provided consulting and design services during the early stages of the project, delivering detailed construction plans and blueprints. The project is currently under construction.
